Job Purpose

To provide consultations to clients regarding solutions for leasing financing for new and used cars, and to achieve sales goals by attracting customers, explaining financing programs, and completing contracting procedures in accordance with company policies and regulatory authorities.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Attracting customers wishing to buy cars through leasing financing.
  2. Clearly and professionally explaining leasing financing programs and their terms to customers.
  3. Analyzing customer needs and proposing suitable financing solutions.
  4. Coordinating with car dealerships and agents to provide suitable options for customers.
  5. Collecting required documents from customers and ensuring their completeness and accuracy.
  6. Entering financing application data into the system and following up until approval is issued.
  7. Following up on contract signing procedures and delivering the car to the customer.
  8. Building strong relationships with customers to maintain them and increase future sales opportunities.
  9. Achieving the monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
  10. Complying with company policies and regulatory instructions related to financing.
  11. Preparing periodic reports about sales activity and available opportunities in the market.
  12. Following up on potential customers and converting them into actual customers.


Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma and diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related field.
  • Preferred experience of 1 to 3 years in:
    • Car financing
    • Sales
    • Financing companies or banks
    • Car dealerships


Required Skills

  • High communication and persuasion skills.
  • Sales and customer attraction skills.
  • Ability to explain financial products in a simplified manner.
  • Negotiation and deal closing skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve goals.
  • Good knowledge of the car market and financing programs.

  • Proficiency in Arabic and preferably English.
