• Prepare detailed CAD drawings, layouts, sections, elevations, and schematics based on engineer/architect instructions.
• Produce construction drawings in accordance with project standards and local authority requirements.

• Experience working on mixed-use or major developments in KSA or GCC preferred.
• Strong knowledge of local authority submission requirements is an advantage.

Implementation and management of laboratory tests with high accuracy according to the latest scientific standards, ensuring the application of quality and accreditation requirements issued by the Saudi Center for Accreditation of Health Facilities (CBAHI), and contributing to improving the quality of laboratory services and patient safety.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Conducting and analyzing laboratory tests (biochemistry, hematology, microbiology, immunology, and others).

Supervising workflow within the laboratory and ensuring performance efficiency.

Applying quality policies and procedures and adhering to CBAHI standards.

Participating in the preparation and updating of policies and procedures (SOPs).

Monitoring internal (IQC) and external (EQC) quality control programs.

Training and qualifying laboratory technicians and enhancing their competencies.

Handling advanced laboratory equipment and its regular maintenance.

Documenting results accurately in electronic systems and ensuring information confidentiality.

Participating in accreditation and internal and external audits.

Analyzing laboratory errors and taking corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Required Skills:

Advanced experience in quality systems and health accreditation (especially CBAHI).

Strong analytical skills and high accuracy in interpreting results.

Thorough knowledge of laboratory management systems (LIS).

Ability to work under pressure and make decisions.

Leadership and supervisory skills.

Effective communication skills and ability to work within a team.

Proficiency in using modern laboratory equipment.

 
Academic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in medical laboratories or clinical laboratory sciences.

Preferred to have a valid professional classification from the health authority.

Additional certifications in quality or accreditation (an additional advantage).
