Job Purpose:

To provide a unique experience for customers by selling chocolate products and responding to their inquiries via WhatsApp and phone calls.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

  1. Selling Products:
  • Advising customers on different types of chocolate.
  • Achieving sales targets set by management.
  • Handling payments and issuing invoices.
  1. Customer Service:
  • Responding to customer inquiries via WhatsApp and phone calls.
  • Handling complaints and feedback professionally.
  • Providing accurate information about products, prices, and promotions.
  1. General Appearance of the Exhibition:
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the exhibition.

  1. Communication with the Team:

3- Intermediate English: Proficiency in English at an intermediate level, to be able to deal with diverse customers and enter products into the system.

4- Ability to work under pressure: Ability to manage various tasks in a work environment that may require working under pressure.

5- Flexibility concerning working hours and shifts: Willingness to work at flexible times including morning and evening shifts, according to the needs of the exhibition.

6- Good behavior with customers and colleagues: The applicant must have high ethics and possess the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.

7- Sales experience: Previous experience in sales or in similar environments is preferred.
