Key Responsibilities:- Documenting devices and their accessories, and recording daily issues.
- Conducting routine and preventive maintenance for devices.
- Providing answers to inquiries related to device issues and directing users to the correct channels when necessary.
- Ensuring systems are ready and equipped with the necessary software.
- Preparing technical reports and developing work methods using modern technologies.
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in technical support, programming and computer science, information technology, information systems, or network engineering technology.
- Practical experience of no less than two years in the field.
Required Skills:- Machine maintenance.
- Installation and maintenance of computers.
- System inspection and problem-solving.
- Assisting customers and responding to their inquiries.
