Job Overview:
The Supply Planning Manager will lead supply planning for assigned categories and Class A suppliers, ensuring on-time product availability to meet sales and promotional plans. This role requires close collaboration with various teams including Demand Planning, Sourcing, and Logistics to manage supply complexities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute supply planning policies aligned with Operations/Supply Chain strategy.
  • Manage inventory and service levels for assigned SKUs.
  • Lead tactical planning cycles and support suppliers in overcoming challenges.
  • Conduct regular reviews of supplier policies and manage replenishment strategies.
  • Implement improvements in inventory management and capacity optimization.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives within the supply planning function.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, management, economics, or related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in Planning or related supply chain roles.
  • Strong analytical and leadership skills.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.

Managing sales and ticket issuance through the cashier system accurately and quickly to ensure smooth entry for visitors.

Receiving payments (cash or cards) and ensuring their accuracy, and closing the cash register accurately at the end of the shift.

Responding to customer inquiries and solving simple problems flexibly, professionally, and positively.

Maintaining the organization and calm of the reception area to provide a comfortable experience for parents.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills and a high ability to interact kindly with children and parents.

A professional appearance and a positive, cheerful spirit suitable for the entertainment work environment.
