Join Deloitte as a Debt Collection Manager!We are looking for an experienced Debt Collection Manager to oversee and execute our collection strategies effectively. You will be responsible for engaging with clients to resolve collection issues and interacting closely with our Finance team to manage collections efficiently.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Reviewing delinquent invoices and collaborating with clients facing challenges in payment.
- Interacting with Finance to stay updated on collection issues and maintaining a record of impacted accounts.
- Keeping management informed of credit and collection activities and taking actions as prescribed.
- Acting as the primary contact to develop and execute recovery plans for problematic balances.
- Building understanding of company values and demonstrating commitment to personal development.
- Focusing on effective communication and relationship-building skills.
Qualifications:- A degree in Business Administration or related fields.
- 58 years of experience in debt and credit collection.
- Accounts receivables experience is desirable.
- Must be an Arabic speaker, with good negotiation skills.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
