Position Summary:Join our team at Four Points By Sheraton Makkah as a Receiving Officer, where your primary role will be to receive, unload, and process deliveries while ensuring accurate account tracking of incoming freight. You will be responsible for staging merchandise by department, marking items appropriately for placement in the facility, and delivering them to the relevant departments.
Key Responsibilities:- Verify and track received inventory, completing inventory reports and logs.
- Reconcile shipping invoices with receiving reports for accuracy.
- Receive, store, ship, and deliver incoming and outgoing packages and mail.
- Secure the receiving room and protect its contents.
- Follow hazardous material shipping guidelines and regulations.
- Communicate with guests regarding received packages and maintain a professional demeanor in addressing service needs.
- Maintain accurate tracking systems for all shipping and receiving transactions, ensuring guest signatures are captured.
- Report any accidents or unsafe conditions to management.
- Maintain confidentiality and protect company assets.
Preferred Qualifications:- High school diploma or *** equivalent.
- No related work or supervisory experience is required.
