• Greet and meet visitors with courtesy, directing them to the relevant person or department.
• Support in-house members with general organizational tasks as required.
• Manage incoming telephonic conversations and respond swiftly to inquiries.
• Update calendars and schedule meetings for team members.
• Provide basic information about the company through various communication channels.
• Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing as needed.

• Assist pharmacy staff to optimize medication delivery turnaround times by picking up and delivering medications to nursing units per established schedules.

• Assist pharmacists in replenishing pharmacy shelves to maintain an organized and accessible pharmacy for patient care.
• Handle return medications for disposal.
• Support narcotic staff with medication placement in the narcotic vault as needed.
• Ensure a clean and organized workspace within the pharmacy.

• Organize and archive documents periodically as required.
• Follow the chain of command to report incidents or concerns.

• High School Education is required.
