Job Summary:As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales of our products, solutions, and services in the allocated region and key accounts. Your role will involve promoting a customer-focused culture to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Core Responsibilities:- Promote and sell our Fluid & Motion Control offerings across various industry segments.
- Regular visits to existing and potential customers, including Distributors, OEMs, and End users.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities while maintaining a project opportunity list.
- Assess customer needs and provide appropriate technical solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and business opportunities within your authority.
- Collaborate with business development and sales support teams to drive growth strategies.
- Participate in trade shows and customer development activities.
- Provide regular reports on market trends and customer behaviors.
Who You Are:You possess strong expertise in Pneumatics with a solution-oriented approach. Your relationship-building skills and adaptability to diverse environments set you apart. As a self-motivated individual, you thrive in collaboration with various teams.
Qualifications:- Degree/Diploma in Mechatronics, Instrumentation, Automation, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Technical Sales.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
- Preferred experience in Fluid Control/Pneumatics is a plus.
- Able to travel as per business needs.
Preferred Qualifications:- Technical knowledge of Emerson ASCO, Topworx, Tescom products.
