Job Summary:
As a Mechanical Technician, you will perform maintenance, check out, commission, service, install, test, calibrate, repair, and replace system components related to mechanical-static equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the installation, erection, alignment, testing, and commissioning of equipment such as columns, drums, heat exchangers, and heaters along with their piping systems.
  • Oversee the assembly of column internals including trays, distributors, pipes, nozzles, and packing.
  • Manage the erection of radiation and convention tubes, air pre-heaters, air ducts, and supporting structures of fire heaters.
  • Adhere to maintenance schedules and procedures while documenting all maintenance activities.
  • Coordinate with engineers and supervisors to ensure compliance with HSE regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Technical Diploma in Mechanical or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of experience in the refinery/petrochemical industry focusing on maintenance, pre-fabrication, and fabrication activities.
  • Strong knowledge of refinery equipment and maintenance procedures.
  • Excellent problem-solving and coordination skills.

Preferred:
  • Experience in EPC or industrial refinery projects.
  • Familiarity with regional safety standards.

Other Requirements:
Must hold CWQAP for Saudi Aramco Projects and if an Engineer/Technician in profession, registration with Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is necessary.
