About the Role

AlKhaleejion is seeking a Media Buyer to join its marketing team in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires a professional with experience in paid advertising, campaign optimization, and lead generation. The Media Buyer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns to drive business growth and achieve key performance indicators, collaborating with content and sales teams to enhance lead quality and maximize return on ad spend.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms including Snapchat Ads, TikTok Ads, Instagram Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
• Manage advertising budgets for efficient allocation and continuous improvement of cost per lead (CPL).
• Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders.
• Test and iterate on creatives, audience targeting, offers, and landing pages to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with content and sales teams to refine strategies for improving lead quality.
• Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Click-Through Rate (CTR), Cost Per Lead (CPL), Conversion Rate, Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and lead quality.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in media buying or performance marketing roles.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, and Google Ads platforms.
• Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and use insights for campaign optimization.
• Experience in developing and executing successful lead generation campaigns.
• Solid understanding of marketing funnels, audience segmentation, and creative testing methodologies.
• Previous experience in sectors such as kitchens, furniture, real estate, luxury products, or home improvement is considered an advantage.
