Position Summary:The Reservations Agent is responsible for processing all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received via phone, fax, or mail. Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying guest reservation needs and determining the appropriate room type.
 - Verifying the availability of room types and rates.
 - Explaining guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies.
 - Accommodating and documenting special requests.
 - Answering questions regarding property facilities and services.
 - Inputting and accessing data in the reservation system accurately.
 - Following proper escalation procedures for guest concerns.
 
In this role, you’ll also be expected to maintain a professional appearance, protect guest and company information, and develop positive working relationships with team members and guests. 
Preferred Qualifications:- Education: High school diploma or *** equivalent.
 - Related Work Experience: No prior experience required.
 - Supervisory Experience: None necessary.
