Administrative assistant needed to work in a prestigious company, with high organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various administrative levels. The candidate must hold a university degree in business administration or a related field, or have at least two years of experience in administrative support.

Main tasks:

• Organizing and managing appointments, meetings, and agendas

• Preparing and coordinating administrative reports and correspondence

• Follow up on administrative transactions and file management and archiving

• Coordination with different departments and facilitating the flow of information

• Managing phone calls and emails

• Providing logistical support for meetings and events

• Assisting in preparing presentations and important documents

Follow up on social media accounts

• Maintain a thorough understanding of SFDA rules related to product safety, quality, and traceability.
• Ensure compliance with the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) regulations and guidelines.
• Responsible for following up the official licenses and papers related to the warehouse.

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.

Weekend (Thursday and Friday) from 4 PM to 2 AM.
