Office Manager JobThe role of the office manager is very important in organizing and managing administrative operations within Al-Badia Dairy Company in Jeddah. This position requires the ability to directly supervise administrative and organizational activities, which will contribute to enhancing work efficiency.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage and direct the organization of meetings and coordination between the responsible parties, as well as internal and external communications.
- Follow up on the reception of visitors and supervise the response to their inquiries.
- Ensure the effectiveness of communication channels with the relevant parties to ensure follow-up on decisions issued by the office.
- Supervise the filing and archiving of documents and correspondence, both incoming and outgoing.
- Evaluate employee performance and identify their training needs.

Job Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in English, Human Resources, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or Executive Secretarial Studies.
- Preferred certifications such as (CCNA) Cisco, Certified Network Assistant, SERVER ADMINISTRATOR (MCITP), and Professional Marketer (PCM).
- Advanced skills in management, organization, and supervision.
