JOB PURPOSE
In your role as Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing events, site branding, and marketing collaterals in collaboration with our Integrated Services Department. Although you will be based in our Jeddah office, commuting to Mecca will be required on a daily basis.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support the Integrated Services team in achieving commercial objectives.
  • Manage and execute site branding across multiple projects in Mecca.
  • Develop marketing collaterals for various initiatives.
  • Oversee budgets to maximize value.
  • Lead sales events such as Open Houses and Family Galas.
  • Execute effective campaign strategies alongside the performance marketing teams.
  • Design social media campaigns aligned with sales objectives.
  • Research and implement new marketing platforms.
  • Manage out-of-home campaigns in Mecca.
  • Track performance metrics and report to top management.

QUALIFICATIONS
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably within real estate, e-commerce, or technology sectors.
  • A proven record of managing marketing campaigns that drive sales and product adoption.
  • Hands-on experience in print production and conducting competitive audits.
  • Experience in budget management to ensure efficient marketing operations.
