1. Job Summary:The Call Center Representative is responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls with patients, assisting them with appointment bookings, providing service information, and addressing general inquiries. The role requires exceptional communication skills, professionalism, and a commitment to enhancing the patient experience.
2. Primary Responsibilities:- Answer incoming patient calls in a professional manner.
- Make outbound calls to confirm or reschedule appointments.
- Accurately book appointments in accordance with clinic policies.
- Document all relevant information during or after each call.
- Handle patient complaints following established procedures.
- Meet daily performance targets such as call volume and satisfaction scores.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with data privacy standards.
3. Education / Professional Qualifications:High school diploma required; a diploma or bachelor's degree is preferred. Previous call center or customer service experience is advantageous.
4. Skills:- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in spoken and written Arabic; English is a plus.
- Ability to utilize computer systems and scheduling tools.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
