Role Overview:As a Medical Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic by handling appointment scheduling, greeting patients and visitors, and providing administrative support. Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering phone calls professionally
- Ensuring smooth patient flow at the clinic
- Maintaining accurate patient and medical records
Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Proficiency in appointment scheduling and knowledge of receptionist duties in a professional setting
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with medical terminology and experience in medical office environments
- The ability to manage a fast-paced front desk in a healthcare setting
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an attention to detail
- A customer service orientation with compassionate and polite interaction with patients
