Job Overview:
The company is looking for a passionate and talented Digital Brand Assistant Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the Digital Brand Manager in developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance our brand's online presence and increase awareness and sales. The applicant must have at least three years of experience in online marketing and project management.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Implementing Digital Marketing Strategies: Assisting in developing and executing digital marketing plans across various channels (such as social media, email, SEO, and PPC).

  • Managing Digital Content: Overseeing the creation, scheduling, and publishing of diverse digital content (text, images, video) and ensuring it aligns with the brand identity.

  • Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitoring and analyzing the performance of digital campaigns using analytics tools (such as Google Analytics), and providing regular reports outlining results and key performance indicators (KPIs), and suggesting necessary improvements.

  • Project Management: Leading and coordinating small to medium-sized digital marketing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

  • Problem Solving: Effectively working to identify and address any challenges or issues that arise during the execution of marketing campaigns and projects, providing practical and innovative solutions.

  • Communication and Collaboration: Working closely with design, sales, and product development teams to ensure consistency in marketing messages.

  • Research and Awareness: Staying up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in digital marketing.


Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in online marketing and digital marketing project management (required).

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Digital Marketing Skills: Deep and proven understanding of search engine marketing (SEM), social media marketing, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).

  • Project Management: Strong skills in organizing, planning, and managing marketing project tasks and resources.

  • Problem Solving and Analysis: Proven ability to think critically, analyze complex data, and solve problems quickly and effectively, making informed decisions based on data.

  • Diligence and Dedication: Excellent ability to work diligently under pressure, meet deadlines, and demonstrate a high level of commitment and initiative.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using digital analytics tools and managing advertising campaigns (such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads).

Main Responsibilities:

  • Preparing periodic financial reports such as cash flow, balance sheet, and income statement.
