Essential Functions:- Collaborate with distributors to develop sales plans based on market data.
- Identify and pursue potential market opportunities, including upcoming projects.
- Develop and nurture relationships with consultants and contractors.
- Clearly communicate the value of our products and ensure substantial brand awareness.
- Provide training and product information to distributors and stakeholders.
- Evaluate distributor performance and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare reports on sales forecasts and distributor evaluations.
Required Education & Experience:Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 5-7 years of experience in a technical sales role within Saudi Arabia.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Results-driven and customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to build rapport with team members and stakeholders.
- Track record of developing and implementing sales strategies.
