Job Opportunity – Procurement Officer

We are looking for an accurate and organized Procurement Officer with knowledge of the finishing and decoration materials market in Jeddah, who has previously dealt with projects within the HQ Headquarters.

Responsibilities:

• Communicating with suppliers and collecting price offers for materials (paints, gypsum, lighting, flooring, etc.).
• Issuing supply orders and following up on the arrival of materials to sites on time.
• Coordinating the entry of materials to the site according to the HQ system (Gate Pass & Permits).
• Monitoring quality and cost, and delivering invoices to accounting.
• Preparing weekly reports on supply and procurement status.
