The main role goes beyond mere accounting; you are the first interface welcoming children and their families, responsible for giving them a wonderful first impression that reflects our level of service and entertainment. -Interview and application at the Andalus Mall branch. Tasks and Responsibilities: • Welcoming visitors with a warm greeting and providing clear information about play packages and available offers. • Managing sales operations and issuing tickets through the cash register system accurately and quickly. • Receiving payments (in cash or via credit cards) and ensuring they match at the end of the shift. • Responding to customer inquiries and solving simple problems flexibly and professionally. • Maintaining organization and calm in the reception area and ensuring smooth entry for visitors. Requirements: • Excellent communication skills and a high ability to deal with children and parents. • Good mathematical skills and high attention to detail. • Appropriate professional appearance and a positive, cheerful spirit suitable for the entertainment work environment. • Commitment to working hours and the ability to work during evening shifts or on weekends (as needed by the branch).
