Job Purpose:
The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing warehouse operations with expertise in inventory accuracy, demand-driven distribution, and continuous process optimization. You will work closely with the Logistics and Distribution Manager and collaborate with various departments to align operations with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic: Develop and execute warehouse strategies that align with FMCG supply chain and sales objectives, and monitor logistics costs.
• Operational: Ensure efficient throughput of goods, maintain high inventory accuracy, and implement WMS/ERP systems.
• People Management: Lead and develop warehouse teams while enforcing safety and compliance protocols.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• Experience: 8+ years in FMCG warehousing, logistics, or distribution.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in WMS, ERP systems, and analytics tools.

Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Overview of tasks and responsibilities:

• Supervision and Management: Manage all warehouse operations (receiving - storage - issuing - inventory - distribution). Supervise the performance of warehouse clerks and monitor their daily performance. Organize work schedules and ensure compliance with operational and productivity standards.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and ensure the availability of required materials without excess or shortage. Prepare and implement effective inventory management policies to reduce waste and loss. Approve periodic inventory procedures, analyze discrepancies, and propose corrective solutions.
• Planning and Coordination: Coordinate with the purchasing, operations, and finance departments to accurately determine inventory needs. Contribute to developing supply and procurement plans to meet the needs of branches and central kitchens. Ensure timely delivery of materials in accordance with quality requirements.
• Control and Compliance: Ensure that all employees comply with company policies and procedures and quality and safety systems. Supervise the documentation and preservation of records and documents related to material movement. Monitor operating costs and analyze monthly inventory variances.
• Process Improvement: Develop storage and internal transport methods to enhance operational efficiency. Follow up on the application of electronic systems for warehouse management (WMS or ERP). Propose development initiatives to improve supply chain efficiency.
• Leadership and Training: Train and guide the warehouse team on new procedures and policies. Periodically evaluate performance and raise reports to senior management. Build a safe and organized work environment based on discipline and accountability.

Qualifications and Required Experience:

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or any related field.
• Work Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management, including at least two years in a supervisory or leadership position. Experience in the food sector. Experience with electronic inventory management systems such as (ERP, Odoo, SAP, or WMS). Strong knowledge of inventory procedures, internal control measures, and monitoring performance indicators (KPIs).
• Required Skills: High ability in planning, organizing, and managing teams. Data analysis skills and decision-making based on accurate indicators. Proficiency in dealing with electronic systems and Excel and Power BI software for analytical reporting. Excellent problem-solving skills and effective communication with various departments. Proficiency in both Arabic and English, spoken and written.
