Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate all civil work activities at the site, ensuring compliance with design specifications and project timelines.
- Monitor the performance of subcontractors and ensure that work is executed according to safety regulations.
- Coordinate with the Site Engineer and Planning Team for efficient resource allocation.
- Inspect ongoing civil works, ensuring quality workmanship and compliance with technical drawings.
- Prepare daily site reports and liaise with HSE personnel for safety implementations.
- Identify construction issues, propose corrective actions, and maintain all site-related documents.
- Prepare timely reports according to departmental requirements.
- Adhere to safety and environmental management procedures.
Skills Required:Strong communication skills, quality assurance, leadership, and management capabilities are essential. Familiarity with reading construction drawings and managing both hard and soft services is also required.
