The company specializes in providing human resources solutions and services aimed at the business sector (B2B), targeting the service of companies and establishments only, by providing various packages that support the growth and development of their human resources.

Qualifications Required:

• Practical experience of not less than 1-3 years in sales or marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• High communication and negotiation skills and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
• Mastery of marketing methods preparation and implementation (phone - field).
• Preferably possess a driver's license and a car.
• Preferably previous experience in human resources.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve set goals.
• Prepare commercial offers and provide suitable solutions to clients.

Work Location / Jeddah - Al Sharafiya

• Execute business strategies to achieve growth targets and expand inventory coverage for a portfolio of hotel partners in Saudi Arabia.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, the competitive landscape, and opportunities for business development.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders to develop destinations, organize destination workshops, and attend industry exhibitions as required.
• Take end-to-end ownership of new hotel acquisitions and existing hotel account management.
• Actively identify high-potential prospect partners and lead the contracting process.
• Maintain and enhance existing partnerships, monitor performance, provide ongoing support, and grow revenue within the assigned portfolio.
• Ensure hotel content, rates, availability, and products are aligned with company objectives and standards.
• Collaborate with operations team and other cross-functional partners to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, highlighting business performance, challenges, and proposed solutions.

• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales, business development, or revenue/yield management within the online travel, hospitality, or e-commerce industry.
• Highly proactive with a strong sense of ownership.
• A team player with a driven, "get it done" attitude.
• Detail-oriented with strong learning agility.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

IT Manager is required for an institution working in the field of security and smart systems

Job Responsibilities:

1- At the beginning of each month, target customers are identified.

2- Communication is made with relationship managers to schedule appointments for visits.

3- Three visits to target clients are made daily to present our services.

4- A brief daily report is prepared outlining the details of the visit.

5- Follow-up with clients to monitor their requirements and send them price offers.

6- A weekly report on successful, potential, and unachieved deals.
