• Preference will be given to those holding the Certified Cost Professional (CCP) certification.
• Experience in conducting market studies and benchmark comparisons with similar projects to ensure price accuracy and realistic estimates and achieve cost savings.

• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Proficiency in using engineering software and related computing applications, especially:
• Primavera (P6 – Cost & Resource Management)
• Candy CCS
• CostOS
• MS Excel (Advanced – Pivot, Macros, Power Query)
• The ability to prepare presentations and visual displays professionally.

Required Qualifications

Salary

The salary starts from 4,500 Saudi Riyals (to be determined based on experience and competence).

• Oversee landscape project delivery including management of design and construction phases.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, and contractors (MEP, civil, and electrical) in Riyadh and other major regions.
• Prepare and submit technical/commercial proposals, bill of quantities (BOQs), and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
• Ensure compliance with KSA authority requirements including SASO, SEC, and municipal regulations.
• Achieve sales targets and expand market share of the company.
• Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and on-site meetings.
• Coordinate with RFM UAE and SCAME Italy on technical clarifications, pricing, and certifications.

• Proven experience in sales engineering within the construction industry.
• Familiarity with EV charger specifications and electrical products related to LV/HV materials.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office, with capability in proposal drafting.
• Must have a valid Saudi driving license and own vehicle.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in a business development capacity.
