Role Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to manage Nuzha’s social media presence end-to-end. This role is responsible for daily content planning, posting, engagement, and growing our online community across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily posting across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, Snapchat, etc.)
• Create and schedule content (posts, stories, reels, short videos)
• Write engaging captions aligned with Nuzha’s brand voice
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages
• Monitor trends and adapt content to current topics
• Coordinate with hosts to feature experiences and user-generated content
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth)
• Collaborate with marketing and growth efforts when needed

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media accounts
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
• Ability to create content using a phone (photos/videos)
• Strong Arabic writing skills (English is a plus)
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and consistently

• Experience in tourism, lifestyle, or marketplace platforms
