The role ensures adherence to local laws, industry standards, and company safety objectives while promoting a strong safety culture across all operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs.
• Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; prepare reports and corrective action plans.
• Lead safety training, inductions, toolbox talks, and emergency drills.
• Monitor contractor and subcontractor safety performance.
