Role Objective:
We seek a professional Sales Manager with extensive experience in the ready mix concrete sector to lead our sales team, develop effective strategies to increase sales, build strong relationships with contractors and property developers, and achieve sustainable growth in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for ready mix concrete in Riyadh.
  • Lead and develop the sales team, monitoring performance and achieving targets.
  • Build strategic relationships with:
    • Contracting companies
    • Property developers
    • Consultants and subcontractors
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements and ensure their implementation.
  • Analyze the market and competitors to identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare periodic reports for senior management on performance and sales.
  • Coordinate with production, operations, quality, and marketing departments to ensure compliance with deadlines and customer requirements.

Required Qualifications (Non-negotiable):
  • 8 to 12 years of experience in sales of ready mix concrete.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Head of Sales Department in a concrete plant.
  • Strong knowledge of the contracting and project market in Riyadh.
  • Strong network relations with contractors and developers.
  • High skills in negotiation, closing deals, and team management.
  • Ability to achieve goals and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and report preparation.
  • Valid driving license.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in expanding and opening new markets.
  • Proven track record of increasing market share.
  • Engineering or Management background (not mandatory).
