Job Summary:The Air Conditioning Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. The role emphasizes optimal performance, energy efficiency, and customer satisfaction by performing preventive maintenance and troubleshooting system issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems and related equipment.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance to ensure system efficiency and longevity.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in air conditioning units.
- Replace defective components such as compressors, motors, and controls.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining issues and recommended solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent.
- Collaborate with other technicians and departments when necessary.
Qualifications and Skills:- Diploma or certification in HVAC, refrigeration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an air conditioning technician or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical wiring, and mechanical components.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and climbing.
- Urdu Language is a must.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
Work Environment:Work may involve indoor and outdoor tasks in various conditions. Occasional overtime or on-call duties may be required.
