Job Responsibilities:
• Managing social media accounts and executing marketing campaigns.
• Preparing and publishing advertising content in an organized and interactive manner.
• Designing simple posts using Photoshop.
• Organizing work data and reports using Excel and other Microsoft Office programs.
• Monitoring results and submitting periodic summaries to management.

Conditions:

• Saudi nationality only.

• Proficiency in managing social media accounts.

• Basic knowledge of design programs, especially Photoshop.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel).

• No strong experience required — proficiency in work and task execution is sufficient.

• Oversee daily financial operations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reports.
• Manage grants, restricted funds, and donor reporting requirements.
• Ensure compliance with VAT, Zakat (if applicable), and all regulatory guidelines.
• Implement internal controls and financial best practices.
• Provide financial analysis and strategic insights to senior management.
• Supervise and develop the finance team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional certifications (SOCPA, CPA, CMA, ACCA) are preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience, including 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in non-profit financial management is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Dynamics).
• Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.

• Conduct daily inspections on materials and executed works to ensure compliance with specifications and approved plans.
• Follow up on the implementation of Quality Control Procedures on-site or in the factory.
• Prepare daily inspection reports and document any observations or violations.
• Inspect incoming materials to the site and ensure compliance with Certificates of Compliance.
• Monitor execution processes and ensure adherence to quality plans and safety requirements.
• Document Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and follow up on corrective actions.
• Coordinate with quality engineers and technicians to ensure work is performed according to required standards.
• Participate in material tests (Concrete Tests, Soil Tests, etc.) and follow up on lab results.
• Review and approve subcontractors' works regarding quality.
• Ensure the application of quality procedures during all project phases.
• Participate in coordination meetings and prepare periodic reports on the quality status of the project.

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Practical experience ranging from 1–5 years in the field of quality control (preferably in construction or industry).
• Good knowledge of quality management procedures and systems such as ISO 9001.
• Able to read engineering drawings and understand technical specifications.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs and preferably knowledgeable in quality reporting software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to detect errors accurately.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.

• Prepare legal correspondence and other documents as requested.
• Manage lawyers' scheduling and organize complex activities such as meetings and travel.
• Interact with the accounting department to process monthly invoices.
• Prepare expense reports and process payment invoices.
• Coordinate international and local travel arrangements.
• Assist colleagues in practice groups.

• High school diploma or equivalent, preferably with a secretarial degree.
• Significant experience in legal secretarial work.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
