Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Strategy Development:
    Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives. This includes market analysis, target audience identification, and setting measurable goals.
  • Team Leadership:
    Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives. Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment that encourages creativity and high performance.
  • Campaign Oversight:
    Oversee the planning, execution, and performance of marketing campaigns across various channels. Ensure all campaigns are on-brand, on-budget, and aligned with the company’s marketing strategy.
  • Support Pre-sales Efforts:
    Provide strategic direction and support during the pre-sales process to help the business development team engage prospects effectively. Develop compelling value propositions and marketing materials that address prospects' needs.
  • Contribute to Proposals:
    Lead the development of marketing strategies and plans for proposals and bid documents. Ensure all strategies are well-researched, data-driven, and tailored to the needs of the audience.

Qualification and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Certified Marketing Professional (preferred).
  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Experience in strategic marketing, team leadership, and campaign management.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in marketing tools and analytics.
  • Proficient in Arabic and English.
