Job Description:
We are looking for an accountant to join the financial management team, who possesses accuracy, commitment, and the ability to work within a team, to contribute to organizing and managing financial operations and ensuring the integrity of accounting procedures.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Recording daily entries and preparing bank reconciliations periodically.
Preparing and reviewing invoices, expenses, and receivables.
Monitoring customer and supplier accounts and updating their balances.
Preparing monthly financial reports and submitting them to management.
Reviewing salaries and entitlements in coordination with human resources.
Monitoring advances and loans and settling them according to approved regulations.
Adhering to the company’s approved financial policies and procedures.
Contributing to periodic inventory work and preparing related reports.
Conditions and Qualifications:
Relevant qualification in accounting or finance.
Proficiency in using computers and accounting software.
Accuracy in work and ability to handle work pressure.
High organizational skills and good interpersonal skills.

• Provide first and second-line technical support to end-users via phone, email, and remote assistance tools.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain network equipment (routers, switches, wireless access points).
• Administer and support firewall technologies (*, Fortinet, Cisco), including policy management and basic security audits.
• Implement, configure, and provide in-depth support for VoIP phone systems, with specialized expertise in Grandstream devices and ecosystems.
• Set up, monitor, and manage network monitoring tools (PRTG) to ensure network health and proactive issue resolution.
• Document all support interactions, solutions, and network configurations accurately.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on network projects and improvements.
• Provide basic user training on new systems and technologies.

• Must hold a transferable Iqama (for Saudi-based applicants).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in a technical support or network support role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Grandstream VoIP systems (GXP phones, UCM series, configuration, troubleshooting).
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN).
• Practical experience with firewall administration and security concepts.
• Experience with network monitoring and management tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues under pressure.

• Count the cash and record it in the cash register at the beginning of the work shift.

• Represent the facility during inspections and follow up on compliance issues.
• Update HACCP plans and quality procedures as necessary.

• Saudi nationality is a must.
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Chemistry, Microbiology or related field.
• Experience in food safety, preferably in water factories.
• Certification in HACCP and ISO 22000.
• Basic proficiency in English.
