  • Sorting, organizing, and storing inventory in an appropriate location to ensure easy access.
  • Creating new inventory references in the company's system and labeling them accurately.
  • Maintaining updated inventory records and keeping the correct stock count in the company's system.
  • Conducting regular physical inventory counts to ensure that paper inventory data matches the inventory in storage.
  • Facilitating effective and timely audits throughout the year.
  • Achieving financial goals by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenses; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align inventory management with business objectives.
  • Providing actionable insights based on inventory data to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager.
  • Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures.
  • Advanced knowledge of inventory control within ERP systems.
  • Excellent computer skills (MS, OS, etc.).
  • Good writing and speaking skills in English and Arabic.
