Your Responsibilities Include:
  • Managing the full candidate pipeline for each open role.
  • Designing and executing practical assessments for shortlisted candidates.
  • Maintaining a minimum of 3 qualified active candidates per open role.
  • Delivering shortlists within 7 days of role opening.
  • Providing timely responses to all candidates.
  • Tracking each new hire through their initial 90 days.
  • Building and maintaining an internship pipeline.

What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment.
  • Strong instincts in candidate assessment beyond CVs.
  • Highly organized with disciplined pipeline management.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in real estate or hospitality is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently with a sense of ownership.
