Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming guests and handling reception duties (check-ins, bookings, payments)
• Supervising children in the play area to ensure safety and engagement
• Assisting in preparing and running kids’ workshops and activities
• Keeping the space clean, organized, and ready throughout the day
• Communicating with parents in a friendly and professional manner

• Data Management & Reporting:
  • Update and maintain category master sheets weekly.
  • Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for business analysis.
