Job Description:
A full-time supervisory role (in-person) in Riyadh. The operations supervisor oversees three main areas:
  • Store Relations: Managing and developing relationships with partner salvage yards, activating their accounts, updating their data and inventory, and visiting them periodically in the field.
  • Orders and Delivery: Supervising the entire order cycle from receipt to delivery, coordinating with couriers, and handling cases of delay and return.
  • Customer Service: Providing technical support via WhatsApp and phone, solving problems, and gathering feedback to improve the service.
The role includes monitoring performance indicators, submitting reports to the executive director, and developing work procedures to achieve the platform's goals.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in managing or supervising operations and logistics.
  • Strong leadership skills in coordinating with teams and problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of operating digital platforms or e-commerce is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills in Arabic and English, and proficiency in Hindi is a plus.
  • Understanding of quality assurance methods and performance monitoring.
  • Ability to work in-person in Riyadh and collaborate with diverse teams.
