Role Description:
As a General Accountant, you will handle various daily accounting activities, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting. The position involves collaboration with internal departments and suppliers to support month-end closing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and record supplier invoices accurately and timely.
  • Coordinate with Procurement and Warehouse to verify materials received against purchase orders.
  • Follow up with suppliers regarding missing or delayed invoices.
  • Manage employee loans and petty cash settlements.
  • Conduct bank reconciliations and support monthly closing activities.
  • Prepare monthly analyses for AP, supplier advances, petty cash, and pre-paid expenses.

Knowledge & Experience:
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounting.
  • Familiarity with Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR).
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing company is preferred.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required. We welcome candidates who are proactive, detail-oriented, and have a strong commitment to accuracy.
