• Bachelors degree in food science, Biology, Microbiology, Food Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced knowledge of food safety and quality systems (*, HACCP, ISO 22000).

• Strong ability to identify food safety issues and recommend corrective actions.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

• Operate and maintain the syrup room and CIP room, ensuring proper syrup preparation and analysis.

• Monitor and record essential plant data, including temperatures and quantities.
• Assist with tank sanitation and ensure all equipment is properly maintained.

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Chemistry.
• No prior experience required (0-3 years).
• Familiarity with syrup preparation technology and food safety norms.
• Computer literate with proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of bottling, beverage, or FMCG experience is a plus.
