Administrative assistant needed to work in a prestigious company, with high organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various administrative levels. The candidate must hold a university degree in business administration or a related field, or have at least two years of experience in administrative support.

Main tasks:

• Organizing and managing appointments, meetings, and agendas

• Preparing and coordinating administrative reports and correspondence

• Follow up on administrative transactions and file management and archiving

• Coordination with different departments and facilitating the flow of information

• Managing phone calls and emails

• Providing logistical support for meetings and events

• Assisting in preparing presentations and important documents

Follow up on social media accounts

• Preparing a marketing plan
• Implementing digital marketing strategies including (SEO, SEM, paid ads, email marketing, content marketing, social media marketing)
• Managing and improving advertising performance across platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram)
• Analyzing marketing campaign data and providing periodic reports to measure return on investment (ROI)
• Optimizing search engines (SEO) for the website and content
• Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing recommendations for performance improvement
• Keeping an eye on the latest trends in digital marketing and applying best practices
