• Inquiry Management: Handle high volumes of incoming inquiries via approved channels (Email, Chat, Phone, Ticketing systems).
• Issue Resolution: Identify customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction by providing accurate information using appropriate tools.
• Ticket Lifecycle Management: Manage customer support tickets, ensuring timely closure within agreed service levels and maintaining high CSAT scores.
• Technical Coordination: Escalate complex technical issues to the technical team, tracking progress until resolution.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Process Improvement: Identify common customer pain points and propose improvements to the customer journey.
• Quality Assurance: Adhere to communication procedures to ensure brand consistency and service quality.
• Ticketing Systems: Utilize experience with platforms like Zendesk or Salesforce.

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in customer support or a client-facing role.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

• Oversee the preparation and consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for all group companies in accordance with IFRS and SOCPA.
• Manage accounting for complex digital revenue streams including advertising revenue, subscription income, and in-app purchases.
• Ensure compliance with ZATCA regulations including VAT, withholding tax, and e-invoicing.
• Implement and monitor internal accounting policies and controls.
• Supervise a team of accountants to ensure accurate financial reporting.

• Excellent understanding of accounting for intangible assets and digital platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and process efficiency.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• High level of integrity and organizational ability.

• Experience of 1 to 3 years in the field of human resources
• Resident of Riyadh
• Familiar with government platforms (Qiwa, Mudad, Social Insurance, Absher Business, Muqeem, etc.)
