Job Description
We are looking for a creative and organized (Interior Designer) who cares about the comfort of guests. They will be responsible for coordinating and designing the residential hotel apartments and preparing them, in addition to planning the guest experience before their arrival. This role combines an eye for interior design and organization, while ensuring that the apartments are clean, tidy, and ready to provide guests with a comfortable and unique experience.
Requirements : 
 * Not previously registered with social insurance.
* Available transportation or private car.
Qualifications:
Degree in Interior Design, Furniture, and Decoration or similar.

Tasks and Responsibilities
 
Design and arrange the apartments and rooms
 
* Arrange and design the apartments' decor in a practical and comfortable manner that reflects a beautiful look.
* Determine the distribution of furniture, decorations, lighting, and accessories.
* Adhere to the approved design standards in all apartments.
* Continuously improve the appearance of the apartments and the comfort of the guests.
 
Coordinate the guest experience
 
* Review guest data and their stay records, especially repeat guests.
* Prepare the apartments specifically for returning guests (preferred arrangements, amenities, welcome preparations).
* Coordinate with the cleaning and housekeeping supervisor before the guests arrive.
* Ensure the apartments are ready according to the guest's expectations and hotel standards.
 
Cleanliness and Quality Control
 
* Inspect the apartments before the guests arrive and ensure the level of cleanliness and organization.
* Ensure that the apartments meet the cleanliness, quality, and approved design standards.
 
Required Skills and Qualifications
 
* Experience or knowledge in interior design or apartment coordination.
* High taste and attention to detail.
* Interest in guest experience and good organization.
* Ability to manage more than one apartment at the same time.
