Job Title: Procurement Specialist

Job Description: At Al-Rayan Company, we are looking for an outstanding Procurement Specialist to assess the needs and requirements of different organizational units for materials. Your role will include market scanning to obtain the best purchasing prices from suppliers, in addition to overseeing the receipt of offers from service providers and evaluating them. You will also need to build a database of material prices and suppliers and prepare documents and reports related to sales.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assess the needs and requirements of organizational units for materials.
  • Conduct studies, analyses, and market surveys to ensure the best purchasing prices and compliance with the required quality.
  • Oversee the receipt and evaluation of offers from service providers.

Qualifications:

This opportunity is located in Jeddah, Al-Rawda District. We are looking for an accountant with previous experience in the real estate development sector to join our finance team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Recording daily entries, closing monthly accounts, and preparing bank reconciliations.
  • Managing receivables and payables, and following up on invoices from clients and suppliers.
  • Preparing periodic financial reports such as cash flow, balance sheet, and income statement.
  • Calculating project costs and real estate units and matching inventory.
  • Coordinating with external auditors and adhering to the approved accounting standards.

  • Experience in preparing cash flow reports and dealing with banks.
