We are looking for a dedicated Car Rental Responsible to join our esteemed team at شركة الشرق المتحدة لتأجير السيارات. Your role is vital in ensuring high standards of customer service and operational excellence in our car rental services.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcoming customers and assisting them with their rental needs.
Preparing contracts and ensuring accuracy of required documents.
Explaining rental conditions, insurance, and potential penalties.
Delivering and collecting vehicles, ensuring their condition is documented with photos/reports.
Monitoring maintenance schedules to ensure vehicles are clean and ready for use.
Coordinating with maintenance and technical support teams for any issues.
Aiming to achieve monthly rental targets while enhancing customer satisfaction.
Using specialized rental management software (*, ZDynamik, Tamweel, Excel, etc.).
Following up with car service providers and processing payments in cash or through cards.

Requirements:

Minimum of one year of relevant experience; experience in car rentals preferred.
Aged between 25 to 35.
Fluent in English.
Bachelor's degree required.
Basic level of experience (03 years).

Target incentive of 1% for achieving rental goals.
