الاسهام في تحقيق مبيعات الفرع من خلال استقبال العملاء ، فهم احتياجاتهم  ، عرض المنتجات والاصناف بشكل احترافي  و اغلاق عمليات البيع  بما يحقق رضا العميل واهداف الشركة  


 المهام الرئيسة للوظيفة :


  • تحقيق المستهدف الشهري والسنوي المحدد للبيع من إدارة المبيعات والتسويق  .
  • تحصيل مبيعاته حسب المدة المحددة للسداد العملاء اولاً بأول. .
  • استقبال العملاء والترحيب فيهم في صالة المعرض وعرض وتسويق المنتجات وتوضيح جودتها ومميزاتها بطريقة احترافية تساعدهم وتشجيعهم على الشراء.  
  •  فهم احتياجات العملاء و تقديم الاستشارات المناسبة لهم بالاصناف والمنتجات المطلوبة و عمل عرض سعر بالاصناف المطلوبة منهم  .
  • إتمام عملية البيع وإصدار الفواتير و فق الالية المعتمدة من الإدارة العامة لسياسة البيع النقدي  و الاجل .
  • المتابعة المستمرة للعميل والتعامل معه بكل صدق وأمانة بعد إكتمال عملية البيع والتفاني في خدمته وإظهار مشاكله لمشرف المبيعات او مدير المبيعات و المساعدة في إقتراح طرق حلها حتى يحوز على رضائه.
  • التواصل الأسبوعي مع العملاء و ذلك لعرض الأصناف الجديدة والعروض البيعية و متابعة نواقص واحتياجات العميل أولاً بأول  .
  • التقصي عن المنتجات المنافسة في السوق والعمل على معرفة مواصفاتها وأسعارها وما يميزها عن منتجات الشركة ومدى إنطباعات جمهور العملاء عنها سلباً أو إيجاباً وإعداد تقرير دوري بذلك يرفعه لمدير المبيعات. 
  • المحافظة على ترتيب ونظافة المعرض وعرض المنتجات   ومتابعة توفير المنتجات والابلاغ عن النواقص .
  •  التعامل المهني مع شكاوي العملاء والعمل على حلها مع مشرف الفرع او المعرض وتصعيدها عند  الحاجة .
  • القيام بأي اعمال أخرى يكلف بها من قبل مديره المباشر وتتعلق بطبيعة عمله .
