We are looking for a Customer Service Employee to join the reception team at Clay Clinic. If you are friendly, organized, and passionate about patient care, we look forward to hearing from you!


Responsibilities:

- Welcoming patients and managing check-in and check-out procedures

- Scheduling appointments and answering phone calls

- Handling patient inquiries professionally

- Maintaining patient records and billing information accurately

- Coordinating with doctors and support staff to ensure smooth workflow in the clinic


Requirements:

- Preferably 2 years of experience in a clinic or healthcare environment

- Proficiency in Arabic and English

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and clinic management software

- Focus on customer service, possess a positive attitude, and attention to detail

🕒 Working hours: Full-time, 6 days a week

 Qualifications and Required Experiences:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism or a related field
• High leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using computers and management software.
