Responsibilities:- Communicate effectively to outline and explain administrative procedures and policies to staff and faculty.
- Organize records and coordinate schedules for meetings and workshops.
- Prepare and file necessary correspondence including reports and minutes of meetings.
- Prepare operating reports such as budget expenditures and statistical records.
- Analyze and improve departmental operating practices and revision of procedures.
- Responsible for maintaining the office filing system.
- Adapt to changes in work duties based on departmental vision and requirements.
Qualifications:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
