Job Overview

We are looking for a Sales Representative for the Projects Department who has the ability to build strong relationships with real estate developers and project engineers, and work on supplying pipe products (PPR – PVC) for private and government projects within the city of Jeddah.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Develop and build long-term professional relationships with real estate developers, consultants, and project engineers.

  • Follow up on existing and new projects and work on including the company's products within the supply scope.

  • Coordinate with project and procurement teams to ensure supply operations are executed according to schedules.

  • Prepare pricing offers and follow up until deals are closed.

  • Monitor the market and competitors and provide regular reports on project opportunities.

  • Achieve the approved sales targets for the Projects Department.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Experience or previous exposure in working on projects (private or government), and it is not required to be in the same product.

  • Experience in construction materials or project supply is preferred.

  • Proficiency in English language, both spoken and written.

  • High communication and negotiation skills and relationship building.

  • Ability to work in the field and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Additional Benefits (Preferred)
