We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with at least 10 years of experience to support the Project Controls Department at the corporate level. In this role, you will develop high-quality visual content, reports, dashboards, infographics, presentations, and branding material that effectively communicates complex project data and strategies to internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop visually compelling presentations, dashboards, reports, and infographics to represent project controls data (cost, schedule, risk, progress).
  • Collaborate with project controls, planning, cost, and risk teams to translate technical content into visually clear and engaging graphics.
  • Develop corporate-standard templates for project reporting, executive briefs, and project communications.
  • Maintain consistency with corporate branding guidelines across all design outputs.
  • Support internal and external communications with visual content for brochures, newsletters, videos, and digital platforms.
  • Enhance visualization of project metrics, KPIs, and analytics using modern tools and techniques.
  • Create engaging multimedia content (static and motion) when required.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously with high attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Stay current with industry trends and tools to continuously improve design standards and innovation.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within a corporate, engineering, or project management environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects) and presentation tools such as PowerPoint.
  • Experience in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar (preferred).
  • Familiarity with engineering or project controls terminology and documentation is a strong advantage.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of work across digital and print formats.
  • Excellent communication, layout, typography, and design skills.
  • Ability to manage projects independently and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
