• Bills: Managing and issuing rental invoices for tenants, ensuring their accuracy, and resolving any related inquiries.
• Daily services: Coordinating daily activities and adapting to changing requirements in collaboration with other departments.
• Supplier invoices: Sharing supplier invoices for approval and sending them to finance for processing.
• Customer relations: Handling tenant inquiries related to operations and services.
• Report preparation: Preparing weekly and monthly reports as needed.

• Preparing and analyzing monthly and annual financial data.
• Monitoring general accounts and ensuring their accuracy.
• Conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Providing accurate financial reports to senior management.
• Developing budgets and financial forecasts.
• Collaborating with other teams to improve financial processes.
• Analyzing costs and providing recommendations for improving financial efficiency.
• Managing billing and payment processes.
• Providing financial support to various departments as needed.
• Keeping up with changes in financial laws and regulations.

• A degree in accounting or finance.
• At least 10 years of experience in financial accounting.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changes.
• Critical thinking and the ability to make sound financial decisions.

• Promoting chilled chicken products in restaurants and supermarkets.
• Building strong relationships with clients and following up on their needs.
• Achieving monthly sales targets and following up on collections.
• Providing technical support to clients.
• Gathering market information and analyzing it to prepare periodic sales reports.
• Conducting basket inventory.

• Experience in chilled chicken sales (5 to 10 years).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of chicken products.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to work in a competitive environment.

• Patrols and Surveillance: Conduct routine patrols throughout the resort to identify and address security risks. Monitor surveillance cameras and respond promptly to any suspicious activities or breaches.
• Guest and Staff Safety: Maintain a visible presence throughout the resort to deter potential security threats. Assist guests and staff with safety-related issues and provide guidance in emergency situations.
• Access Control: Enforce access control policies through identity verification and monitor entry and exit points. Ensure that only authorized individuals have the right to access restricted areas.
• Incident Response: Respond quickly to security incidents, disturbances, or medical emergencies. Take appropriate action to mitigate situations and coordinate with local authorities if necessary.
• Report Writing: Document all security incidents, observations, and actions taken in detailed reports.
• Emergency Preparedness: Participate regularly in emergency response drills and familiarize yourself with emergency procedures.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to guests and staff by addressing inquiries and assisting with directions.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other resort departments, such as management, maintenance, and housekeeping, to address security concerns and maintain a safe environment for everyone.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in security management is preferred.
• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Physical fitness and ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
