🎯 Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations for all branches.

• Manage work teams and monitor performance and discipline.

• Ensure service quality and cleanliness of branches according to approved standards.

• Monitor inventory and operational needs.

• Handle customer complaints and submit regular reports to management.

• Train the staff and motivate them to achieve sales and service goals.

Supervisor of the cosmetics department completely from the management of the department, sales, employees, and shortage requests. It requires experience in companies and care products.

We are looking for a sales consultant who understands the client and their objections, knows how to answer them, and close deals... and has a desire to develop themselves professionally and financially in the field of self-financing construction.

1. Welcoming customers: Receiving clients with a friendly smile and ensuring they feel comfortable and welcomed. 2. Managing reservations and waiting: Organizing table bookings and effectively managing waiting lists. 3. Handling payments: Receiving payments, issuing invoices, and dealing with different payment methods. 6. Maintaining cleanliness: Assisting in keeping the reception and waiting area clean. 8. Resolving problems and complaints: Dealing with any inquiries or complaints in a professional and friendly manner and working to resolve them quickly. 9. Managing correspondence and special requests: Coordinating special requests or modifications requested by customers. 10.
