Key Responsibilities:- Verify each vacancy against the headcount for accurate recruitment planning.
- Utilize manpower plans from the Recruitment Manager to cover sourcing, interviewing, and final selection processes.
- Produce a recruitment schedule aligned with business requirements.
- Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, and recruitment agencies.
- Sort and classify job applications and manage candidate databases effectively.
- Shortlist candidates for interviews and ensure a smooth communication process.
- Administer tests and carry out reference checks for shortlisted candidates.
- Prepare offers and training agreements in accordance with company policies.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires.
- Maintain relationships with business units and recruitment sources to identify current and future needs.
- Track recruitment progress and ensure clear communication with all stakeholders.
Skills Required:- Strong sourcing, networking, and recruiting skills.
- Excellent interviewing skills.
- Certification in standard personality assessment tools is a plus.
